The CPs group has moved to the TecnoLeganés park. The 3000m2 builging will be a strong bioclimate architecture reference and an example of accesibility, sustainability and ecoefficiency in Madrid.
CPs is an ingineering company directed to the transport sectors (railway and traffic) and telecommunications. The Group is made up of various companies among them Prototipos Industriales S.A. and Sistem S.A.
”The fundamental premise for the building construction is the management of the natural resources and the environment protection ”, underlined José Joaquín Collazo, the chairman of Editec, the company chosen to build the complex. La construction will be done around a central unit, with two ground floors and 4 high level floors. In addition will have areas allocated for laboratories, assembly and storage.
The engineering company in charge of the project was Valladares and the installation was done by Imtech, the detection and the extinguishing systems are Aguilera’s, for the detection it has been chosen an algorithmic system with 620 detectors, for the extinguishing system it has been chosen Microaqua water mist system with 8 pumps pumping system providing for the 384 diffusers of the installation.
