Autonomous bottles from 4.7 to 120L

High pressure bottles, manufactured of thermally treated alloyed steel, without welding(according to MIE AP7 instruction, regarding equipment under pressure and the84/525/EEC European Directive). Working pressure of 60 bars, test
pressure of 250 bars, serving temperature of – 20ºC to +50ºC, engraved and painted according to thenorm.

Equipped with:

  • Main valve AE-100 of 1” manufactured out of forged brass, with a piston and an axlein stainless steel, provided with a security disc and a relief valve to prevent triggeringin case of leaks.
  • Siphon tubes.
  • Solenoid for triggering (powered with 24 V and 500 mA of consumption).
  • Iron fittings for fastening.
  • Flange.
  • Protective hood.

Autonomous bottles from 4,7 to 80L with continuous weighing

High pressure bottles, made of thermally treated alloyed steel, without welding (according to the MIE AP7 instruction, regarding equipment under pressure and the European Directive 84/525/EEC). Working pressure of 60 bars, test pressure of 250 bars, serving temperature of -20 °C to + 50 °C, engraved and painted according to the norm.

Equipped with:

  • Main valve AE-100 of 1” manufactured out of forged brass, with a stainless steel piston and axle, equipped with a security disc and a relief valve to prevent triggering,in case of small leaks.
  • Siphon tube.
  • Triggering solenoid (powered by 24 V and 500 mA of consumption).
  • Flange
  • Protective hood.
  • Micro-processed equipment of continuous weighing, where the weight of each bottleis individually controlled by analogue equipment. Mod. AEX/CPC.

Programmable unitthat detects the weight loss from 200 grams on, formed basically by an electronic cell,micro-processor and digital display reflecting permanently the weight. Supplied withtensor, which allows to easily raise the bottle, connectors with hoses assembled forits connection and rest of complements.

  • Assembled in special metallic frame for continuous weighing & a discharge collector with a coupling thread to the installation.

  • Each bottle has the corresponding certificates issued by the Ministry of Industry and it is at the disposition of our customers in our archives.”

High-pressure rows formed by bottles of 67 and 80 L of capacity. Manufactured out of thermally treated steel, without welding (according to MIE AP7 instruction about equipment under pressure and the 84/525/EEC European Directive).

Working pressure of 60 bars, test pressure of 250 bars, serving temperature of -20 °C to + 50 °C, engravedand painted according to the norm.

Equipped with main valve AE-100 of 1″” with pneumatic opening through the head, back-stop valves and hoses for the pneumatic activation of triggering and unloading hoses. Assembled in metal frame with double fixation iron fittings and collector ofdischarge, with coupling thread to the installation. The frames can be carried outthrough the assembly of bottles in a single row or in a special frame for mounting indouble row.

High-pressure rows formed by bottles of 67 and 80 L of capacity. Manufactured out of thermally treated steel, without welding (according to MIE AP7 instruction about equipment under pressure and the 84/525/EEC European Directive).

Working pressure of 60 bars, test pressure of 250 bars, serving temperature of -20 °C to + 50 °C, engravedand painted according to the norm.

Equipped with main valve AE-100 of 1″” with pneumatic opening through the head, back-stop valves and hoses for the pneumatic activation of triggering and unloading hoses. Assembled in metal frame with double fixation iron fittings and collector ofdischarge, with coupling thread to the installation. The frames can be carried outthrough the assembly of bottles in a single row or in a special frame for mounting indouble row.

General Observations:

  • A. Up to 12 bottles, the pneumatic triggering of the row takes place by converting one of the bottles in to a pilot bottle, for which its valve is equipped with a solenoid ofautomatic triggering and a lever for manual triggering. Starting from 13 bottles on, therows come equipped with two pilot triggering small bottles.
  • B. The amount of the triggering systems, described in point A, have been included inthe price of
    the rows.
  • C. In case of using in the installation any directional valves, it is necessary to add apilot small bottle of 4.7 L”
