After been acquired by the JS Hotels chain, the hotel Orleans/Orleans Garden has changed its name for JS Palma Stay. Made of two independant buildings with a total of 250 rooms. During this winter it has been rigorously remodelling from the swimming pools to the rooms and bathrooms, dining rooms and kitchens. A huge investment which has helped the hotel to increase its category, passing from 3 to 4 stars today.
The engineering company Cabot Consulting designed for this building a Fire detection system based on one algorithmic control panel AE/SA-C8 managing the 700 devices connected to its loops. Sistemas Eléctricos Medesa has carried out the installation, and in addition to the detection system it has been installed in the kitchen an extinguishing system with SafeGuard technology.
