Dual infrared flame detector, mounted in zinc alloy casing. Its micro-processor technology allows it to work with different levels of flame intensity and operates normally under adverse conditions. The detector sensitivity can be adjusted in accordance with the EN 54-10 regulation.

IR³ flame detector with fire-resistant cover. Highly sensitive micro-processormwhich allows it to operate through smoke, oil, dust or water vapour. Sensitivity adjustable according to the EN54-10.

Responds to a wave length ranging from 0.75 to 2.7μm emitted by all type of fire. Detects non-visible gas fires such as hydrogen gas fires. IR³ detectors.

Allows to discriminate between flames and false radiation sources of the IR, as the combination of filters and signal processing prevents from false alarms.

Heated base

Heated base designed for use in cold environments, where condensation or a high risk of frost may affect the operation of the detector.

The heated base raises the temperature of the detector at around 10 °C.

For its functioning, a backup auxiliary power supply is needed.
